This Privacy Policy explains what information RVOA.Ai collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain. No dark patterns.
1. What we collect
We only collect what you give us. That typically includes: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any business details you share through our website forms, the AI consultant on this site, WhatsApp, direct messages, or email. If you become a client, we also collect the information needed to deliver your project (invoicing details, project data you provide, etc.). We do not collect government IDs, financial account numbers, or health data.
2. How we use it
We use your information to (a) respond to your inquiry, (b) prepare proposals and deliver the Services you hire us for, (c) send you our newsletter with updates, tips, and new offerings, and (d) meet legal or accounting obligations. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email. That will not affect service-related communication about active projects.
3. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever. We also do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Third-party processors
To run our business we rely on trusted third-party providers who process data on our behalf, such as: website and app hosting (e.g. Cloudflare, Lovable, Supabase), email delivery (e.g. Resend, Google Workspace), analytics, AI model providers (e.g. Google, OpenAI, Anthropic), and payment processors when applicable. These providers only receive the information they need to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security terms.
5. Cookies
The site uses only the cookies and local storage strictly needed to make it work (for example, remembering your language preference and keeping you signed in to the admin area). We do not use advertising cookies.
6. Data retention
We keep contact and project information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and unsubscribe from marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email rvoa.ai.11@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No online service is 100% secure, but we treat your data with the same care we would want for our own.
9. Children
RVOA.Ai is a service for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
